Question 1: How quickly will you get back to me?
You will hear from someone from our team within 24 business hours for non-urgent request, where possible, we will get back to you earlier.
Question 2: What if I'm not sure if my electrical installation is compliant?
If you're not sure whether your electrical installation (e.g. switchboard, home wiring, smoke alarms) is safe or compliant, we'll either request photos or arrange a time to attend and review your property and will provide advice free of charge.
Question 3: Do you charge for quotes? And are there any hidden fees?
No, we do not charge for quotes. Our quotes are obligation-free. In order to provide this service, we may ask for photos to help us in the quoting process. Once a quote has been accepted, we will always discuss any additional works required prior to proceeding to ensure transparency at all times.
